Notice for the Registration of Foreign Visitors

Notice:
1、Apply for Visitor Badge with your valid passport or relevant travel certificates (Mainland Entry Permit, Taiwanese Certificate, Hong Kong ID card, etc.), business card and one colored photo(2-inch).
2、For Chinese passport holders, please show your valid return visa, business card and one colored photo (2-inch).
3、Chinese employees from foreign representative offices in China: please apply for Visitor Badge with your employee certificate, business card and photo(2-inch).
4、Interpreters for oversea visitors: please apply for Visitor Badge with your qualification certificates, business card and one colored photo(2-inch).
5、Other visitors: please refer to the “Notice for Domestic Visitors”

Tips:
In order to save your time, besides the on-spot registration counters, CICGF will set up 6 hotels. Oversea visitors who stay in or near these 6 hotels, please go there for registration.
The 6 hotels with registration spots are:

Notice for Domestic Visitors

Please buy tickets at Domestic ticket counter.

50 RMB

 

Attention:
1、Only The Entry Badge issued by the Domestic ticket window is valid.
2、The Visitor Badge is invalid without the official stamp and plastic package. It´s not permitted to sell, lend or alter your Visitor Badge.
3、Please wear the Visitor Badge on your chest and take valid documents in case of examination.
4、Please count your money carefully. Sold tickets can not be returned.
5、Report to the police if any counterfeit money is found.
6、No retail or leaflets distribution is permitted in the halls.
7、Visitors over the age of 70 and children under 1.4m are declined. Minors above 1.4m need to pay full price for tickets with valid certificates.
8、Oversea visitors can apply for Visitor Badge for free at the registration spot.
9、Visitors with complimentary tickets: please go to the “Badge Center” on the 2nd floor of the Conference Building for registration with your ID card.
